FRI-SAT-SUN: This course is designed around NFPA 1670 Chapter 6 for Technical Rescue - Operations Level. Students will learn Ropes and Knots, Descending, Ascending, Mechanical Advantage, Mid Face Picks, Anchor Systems, Patient Packaging, Self Rescue and Low to Steep angle scenarios. Students are to bring OUTDOOR attire for CURRENT weather conditions. Students may bring their own NFPA compliant Class III full body harness. Students are required to bring hard hat, gloves, and safety shoes for loose slopes.
